• A Heart of Spirit
  • When people feel they have been wronged by others, they reproach only the deed itself, often failing to put themselves in the others' shoes. For instance, when a child lies to his parents, they are quick to discipline the child under a sense of urgency or need to correct the mischief. For they fail to see things from their child's perspective, asking themselves, 'Why did he do that?' they are unable to recognize a more important factor at play.
If you can fathom the other's standpoint before judging him, you will be able to truly understand him. This will encourage the other person to open the door to his heart and tell you the things he feels in the depths of his heart, thus enabling the both parties to find permanent solutions to the problems.
