When a small snowball rolls down a mountain, it becomes a big snowball. It also applies to lying. You may lie about something insignificant for the first time, but it could grow into a big lie. A more serious problem is that many people do not realize it. They often think ¡®This is not a lie¡¯ because of their judgment according to their conscience. However, we should set our standard not based on human conscience but on the truth, which is the Word of God (Hebrews 10:22).
