[9] Thanksgiving

(By) By the power He has given to us, 
(we) we can now unite with Him as one.
(By) By the Word of truth, 
a new life has been given me.

I praise the Lord 
and the greatness of His name,
the precious name of the love He has for me.
His love's living in us and working in our hearts.
The love of the Lord's in us.

[Verse 2]
(The) The Holy Spirit helps you to change.
(The) The strength in us is just not enough.
(In) In the perfect will of our God,
everything is made possible.

Holy Spirit, we give thanks and praise
for the hope of New Jerusalem 
deep in our hearts.
Let the great love of the Holy Spirit
 take hold of our hands
and never let us go.

(By) By our thanks and by our prayer,
(we) we will receive the answers from our God.
(The) The fragrance of our thanks 
delights the Father up above.

We give praise and honor 
and thanks to the Lord,
and to the Father, the hope of our lives.
Our hearts always praise 
and we give thanks to You
that we are the Father's children.
